Nature Group, (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that it has been informed today that Darren Laguea, a Director of the Company yesterday acquired 15,250 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") by way of a transfer for nil consideration from a family member.

Following the acquisition, Mr. Laguea holds Shares 12,015,250 representing 15.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
