Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 24 February 2009 that on 24 February 2009 Dean Webster, Chief Executive Officer, bought 24,350 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 21 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Dean Webster's beneficial interest in the Company is now 889,006 Ordinary Shares representing 1.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
