Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Proactis Holdings plc (AIM: PHD), the specialist Spend Control software company, has been informed that Mr Mark McCarthy, Executive Director,  sold 3,125 ordinary 10 pence shares ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 January 2008 at a price of 12 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mark McCarthy is no longer interested in the issued share capital of the Company.
