The Company announces that it was notified on 5 May 2015, that on 30 April 2015, Peter Salter, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Salter is beneficially interested in 181,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.26% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
