Morgan Sindall plc ("the Company") has today been informed that Paul Smith's wife, Elizabeth Smith, has transferred her interest in 213,749 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("shares") to the sole beneficial ownership of Paul Smith.

The above transactions do not affect the total interests of Paul Smith and his connected parties in the share capital of the Company, which remains unchanged at 213,749 shares representing 0.50% of the issued share capital.
