Director shareholding

The Board of AFH (AIM: AFHP), a leading Independent Financial Advisory ("IFA") and discretionary wealth management firm, has today been notified by John Wheatley, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, that the registered owner of 194,264 of his ordinary shares in the Company is now Pershing Nominees Limited as a result of a change of nominee holder.

John Wheatley's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged, following this administrative change, at 227,121 ordinary shares representing 1.18% of the issued share capital of the Company. The entire shareholding is held via his self-invested personal pension.
