Grant of options under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme

On 13 June 2014, 1,490 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to each of Michael Spencer, Iain Torrens and David Casterton and 4,470 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to Ken Pigaga under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £3.02.

The exercise period for this award will commence on 1 August 2017 and will last for a period of six months to 31 January 2018.
