Park Group plc has today been informed that, on 14 August 2008, John Dembitz, a non-executive director, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 13.75p per share. His holding of Ordinary Shares is now 100,000 shares (representing 0.06% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company). The current number of shares in issue and Total Voting Rights is 165,064,410.
