The share options will vest according to the performance anddelivery of the Company's robotic Biomarker technology platform. For the shareoptions to fully vest at the end of the three year period would requireEpistem's Biomarker technology to be established by the third year of grant. The share options have an exercise price of 160 pence, being the closing shareprice on 15th October 2007.
