Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, was informed on 9 June 2014 that earlier that day Stuart Swanson, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 29.75p per share. Following this purchase Stuart Swanson has a beneficial interest in 9,250,000 ordinary shares representing 1.86% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
