Director's Share Dealing
SnackTime was advised on 11th January 2011 that Blair Jenkins, Chief Executive, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same day at 130 pence each.
Mr Jenkins now has a beneficial interest in 1,513,013 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.25 per cent of the entire issued ordinary share capital of SnackTime.
