Director/PDMR shareholding

Harvey Nash announces that on 1 May 2009, Directors, employees and the Group's Employee Benefit Trust acquired in total 1,303,063 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") representing 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

As part of this share acquisition, certain Directors acquired 139,205 shares in the Company at a price of £0.38 as follows:- 

Management and employees of the company acquired 251,949 shares and the Group's Employee Benefit Trust acquired 911,909 shares at a price of £0.38.
