Director/PDMR Shareholding
Huntsworth, the healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that Neil Matheson, Global Chief Executive Officer of the Company's Huntsworth Health division and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company as set out below.
He has also sold a number of ordinary shares, as also set out below, to meet his income tax and social security liabilities arising in connection with a vesting on 10 December 2016 of an award under The Huntsworth Performance Share Plan, the vesting of such award having been announced on 14 December 2016.
