DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company has today received notification that Mr DJ Stewart, husband of Mrs B Stewart, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred for nil consideration his entire holding of 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') to Mrs Stewart on 28 May 2009. Following this transfer, Mrs Stewart is interested in 21,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.053% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
