Director's shareholding

Kiotech was notified on 29 September 2011 that Ms Helen Teasdale, the wife of Richard Scragg, a director of the Company, sold 94,299 shares in Kiotech on 28 September 2011 at 84.5p per share.

These shares were part of the consideration paid to acquire Optivite Limited and Optivite International Limited in October 2009.
