Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, IRP Property Investments Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of Ordinary shares of 1p was acquired on 24 April 2009 by Mrs Jayne Spicer, the wife of Mr Quentin Spicer a Director of the Company.

35,000 Ordinary shares at 56.50p representing 0.032% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Mrs Jayne Spicer is now the beneficial holder of a total of 35,000 Ordinary shares representing 0.032% of the Company's issued share capital.
