Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 21st January 2011 that, on the same day, Nick Moss, non-executive Director, and his wife each transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares, (2,000,000 ordinary shares in total), to Rickerbys Nominees Limited to be held beneficially for the trustees of his SIPP at a price of 2.75 p per share.

Mr Moss also transferred, for nil consideration, 2,688,250 ordinary shares to Rickerbys Nominees Limited to be held beneficially for Mr Moss.

Following these transactions, Mr Moss's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,688,250 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
