African Platinum Plc30 January 2006 AFRICAN PLATINUM PLC DIRECTORS DEALING African Platinum plc ("the Company") today announces that the followingwarrants, over new ordinary shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares ") each have beenissued and allotted: ii) 3,500,000 warrants, exercisable from today until 26 July 2010, have beenissued to Mr. Charles Hansard at an exercise price of 30 pence; and i) 3,500,000 warrants, exercisable from today until 25 April 2010, have beenissued to Dr Mark Bristow at an exercise price of 30 pence.
