Directors' dealings

The Company received notification on 20 April 2009 that, on that day, Simon Howard transferred 185,000 Work Group ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") which were held in his own name into a trust of which he is the beneficiary.

The Company also received notification that, on the same day, Michael Warren transferred 185,000 Ordinary Shares which were held in his own name into a SIPP of which he is the beneficiary.
