The Company has today been informed that Mr Simon Newton, Co-CEO of Outsourcery today sold 325,000 shares at a price of 17p per share and bought 325,000 shares for his SIPP also at 17p per share. His beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 7,321,699 shares, representing 13.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
