The Company was advised yesterday that, on 24 November 2008, Dermot Gleeson, Non-executive Chairman, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £0.75 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns 986,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.88% of issued Ordinary Share capital.
