The Company was informed on 17 July 2015 that 349 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company were acquired for the benefit of Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, on 22 May 2015 under a dividend reinvestment plan. The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £11.02 per share.
Roger Mountford now has an interest in 15,367 Ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
