Hambledon Mining plc ("Hambledon Mining" or "Company") (AIM: HMB), the Kazakhstan gold mining and development company, announces that further to the announcement made on 28 September 2012, the funds in relation to the sale of shares by Nicholas Bridgen, a non-executive director of the Company, have been received by him today and this sale is now complete.

Mr Bridgen no longer holds any interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company but continues to act as a non-executive director of the Company.
