Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Keith Rogers, a Director of the Company, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 22 June 2016 at a price of 115p per ordinary share and 45,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 23 June 2016 at a price of 112p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, the shareholding of Keith Rogers and persons connected to him is 3,960,446 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.3% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
