On 28 April 2011 David Wooldridge's spouse sold 3,575 A & J Mucklow Group plc ordinary shares at 305p per share. 3,575 shares were subsequently purchased to her Individual Savings Account (ISA) at 306p per share.
The shares are registered in the name of HALB Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change to Mr Wooldridge's declarable beneficial holding of 33,576 shares (0.06%) of the issued ordinary share capital.
