Journey Group plc, the leading provider of in-flight products and catering services to the international airline and travel industries, has today been notified by its non-executive director Graham Bird, that he has today become aware that following the expiry of SVG's Strategic Recovery Fund II L.P. (the "Strategic Recovery Fund II") in which he was a limited partner, he has had 2,030 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") transferred into his name following the pro rata distribution of the Strategic Recovery Fund's remaining investments to their underlying limited partners.

Following this transfer, Graham Bird now holds 5,030 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Group.
