Interserve Plc Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified today that the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 had purchased on 8 February 2011 the following Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 282.50 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below:
