Keller Group plc ("the Company")
Keller Group plc was advised on 3 April 2008 that Dr Michael West, the Chairman of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 730p per share on 3 April 2008, in advance of changes to the Capital Gains Tax regime.
Following this transaction, Dr West's holding in the ordinary shares of the Company is 1,241,200, representing 1.9% of the Company's total issued share capital.
