Director's shareholding

iomart announces that on 27 January 2009 Fred Shedden, director of the Company, transferred 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). Accordingly, 125,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a price of 28p per share and 125,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 28p per share.

Following these transactions, Fred Shedden's interest in the Company comprises 744,588 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.77 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
