Gresham House was informed on 19 May 2011 that Rosemary Chopin-John, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 355p on 5 May 2011. Mrs Chopin-John is now the beneficial owner of 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
