Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 26 October 2015 by the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 that the cash dividends paid on 23 October 2015 had been reinvested and used to purchase 19,456 Dividend Shares on 26 October 2015 at a price of 559.50 pence per share.
