The company announces that on 15 May 2008 the following executive directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options.  The awards are part of the Company's matching shares plan and will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 15 May 2011 and 14 August 2012. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.

Following the above transactions, Mr Bright is interested in 248,635 Shares, representing approximately 0.44% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 627,093 Shares.

Following the above transactions, Mr Stone is interested in 187,346 Shares, representing approximately 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 513,435 Shares.
