Belvoir Lettings PLC (AIM: BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, announces that Mike Goddard, Executive Chairman and founder, has today sold 250,000 Belvoir ordinary shares ("Belvoir Shares") at 136p per share in order to help satisfy significant institutional demand.
Following this disposal, Mike Goddard holds 8,953,922 Belvoir Shares, representing approximately 43.36% of Belvoir's issued share capital.
