Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 28 June, that on 27 June, Peter Williamson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 140p per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Williamson is interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
