3 September 2009 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or the "Company") Director Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 2 September 2009, Tony Humphreys, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Talent ("Ordinary Shares") equivalent to 0.12 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, at a price of 5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Humphreys now holds 2,746,993 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 16.48 per cent. of the voting share capital.
