Director/PDMR shareholding
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company announces that it received notification on 08 September 2015 that Carolyn McCall, a director, exercised an option to purchase 106,978 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan scheme, then subsequently sold all of the shares at a price of £17.926 per share.
