DIRECTOR'S INTEREST

Jarvis has been informed that, on 22(nd) October 2012, Sion Securities Limited ("Sion"), a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, exchanged 71,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") with other members of the Grant family for 9,500 shares in Sion, which will be cancelled.

Following this transaction, Mr Andrew Grant has increased his controlling interest in Sion, a company interested in 6,407,250 Shares. Mr Andrew Grant's interest in the Company is 6,501,250 Shares, (comprising the holdings of Sion, Mr Grant's SIPP and Mr Grant's spouse) representing approximately 61.32% of the Company's 10,601,500 voting rights as at the date of this announcement.
