This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 30 July 2009 Mr B H Leigh exercised options granted to him under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme over 57,500 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company at an exercise price of 74.7p per share. He subsequently sold 23,623 shares on 30 July and 33,877 shares on 31 July, in each case for a consideration of 234p per share. The Company was informed by Mr Leigh of these dealings in shares on 30 July and 31 July respectively.
