Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, that he has acquired 4,161 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 July 2013 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £3.987327 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson will have an interest in 227,757 ordinary shares in the Company.
