Further to the announcement made 20 November 2012 C J Yates, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that he has been allotted 1,726,163 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("ordinary shares") pursuant to the Company's Creditors Voluntary Arrangement.
Following this allotment, C J Yates is beneficially interested in 1,926,153 ordinary shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
