Brammer plc announces that on 25 March 2013 it awarded 6,372 nil cost options over its ordinary shares under the Company's Share Matching Plan to the above named person discharging managerial responsibilities.

The Share Matching Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in May 2005.

No payment is required for the options, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2013.
