e2v technologies plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Shares"):
The Company has been notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R that on 23rd February 2016 the following Director exercised share options in the Company pursuant to the Company's 2012 SAYE Scheme. The 2012 SAYE Scheme options were granted on 11 December 2012 and were due to expire on 1 July 2016.
