The Company was informed on 13 March 2012 that, on that day, Oliver James, Non- executive Chairman, purchased 34,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 29.0p per share.
Professor James's resultant total holding is 98,000 ordinary shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company which currently stands at 138,126,467 shares all carrying voting rights.
