Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 13 November 2009 of the following transaction by a Director:

On 13 November 2009, Ian Henson ('Mr Henson'), Finance Director, purchased 6,900 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Henson is now interested in 244,802 Ordinary Shares representing 2.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

The total number of voting shares in Cavanagh Group PLC is 11,597,047.
