The Company was notified on 5 November 2009 that Robert Adair, Chairman of the Company, has purchased ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") through his SIPP at the prices and in the amounts set out below:

Following the above purchases, Robert Adair now holds 129,991,239 Shares, which represents 61.33% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
