Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has been notified that Mrs Kerri Sayers, Chief Operations Officer, acquired 462,423  ordinary shares in the Company at 1.125 pence per share earlier today.

As a result Mrs Sayer's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 1,035,252 ordinary shares representing 1.50 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been notified that Mr Mark de Lacy, Managing Director today also acquired 462,424 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.125 pence per share.

As a result Mr de Lacy's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 1,055,632 ordinary shares representing 1.53 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
