Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Robin Piggott, a Director of the Company,

today transferred 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into

the personal ISA's of himself, 20,000 shares, and his wife, Helen Piggott, 20,000 shares.

The Shares were sold at a price of 55.0 pence per Share and bought into the ISA's at a price of 55.0 pence per Share.

As a result of this transfer, Robin Piggott's interest and those of his connected persons in the Company has not changed maintaining his interest of 258,213 Shares which represents 0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
