Notification of transaction of director/person discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

On 12th May 2008, Camellia Plc ("the Company") was notified by Mr C P T Vaughan-Johnson, a director of the Company, that on 9th May 2008 he acquired a beneficial interest in 147 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company purchased by Ronco Capital Limited on the same date. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 9000 pence per share. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
