Director's Dealing
The Company has been notified that, on 2 September 2011, Mrs. Gillian Haynes, the wife of Mr. Michael Haynes (Group Sales & Marketing Director) sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 460 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Haynes has an interest in 51,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.50% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital excluding shares held in treasury.
