Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company has today been advised by John Meredith, Company Secretary, that he today conducted the following transactions in Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

1. He exercised a nil-priced option to acquire 19,660 Shares following the vesting of share awards under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

2. He exercised a nil-priced option to acquire 11,490 Shares following the vesting of share awards under the Devro 2003 Performance Share Plan.

3. He sold 26,395 Shares at a price of £2.9109 per Share.

After completing these transactions, Mr Meredith and his Connected Persons hold 55,000 Shares, being 0.033% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
